Studio1824.com is looking for musicians and artists, the world over, to make music for us, which we will promote, for free, on this site. Chris Dooks will have final curatorial control of what ends up on the site, but no genre is out. Having said that a bit of research wouldn't hurt. Listen to what is already on the label (only two releases so far) and send mp3 excerpts under 5mb to the email on the contacts page. This applies to photography, video and other media. Read the philosophy page. Writing would be great also. If you are based in Scotland we can probably record your words ourselves. Let us know. But don't forget this is about Ice Houses!

Eventually we will post field recordings of the icehouse on here and you can use a remix kit, until then, get conceptual! Contact us if you need direction.
